CLASS DESCRIPTION
This is our 5-day course with a maximum of only twelve students, designed to prepare students to immediately begin performing fee-based professional home inspections. This program teaches all the needed technical skills, including in-depth training of a home’s major components, how to inspect them, identify important defects, and communicate these findings to the client in a concise, clearly written report.
The course includes FREE state of the art software usage for sixty days ( $19.95 monthly thereafter), FREE InterNachi membership, FREE on-going field support, and four field inspections which assist the student in applying the technical knowledge learned in the classroom to actual home inspections. The enhanced report writing as presented in this program includes software training, with substantial student participation in the development of an actual inspection report. This assures that following course completion the student is well prepared to begin performing solo, fee-based inspections.
Additionally, the course provides a FREE comprehensive and proven marketing program which will teach students how to immediately develop a broad base of loyal real estate clients.

CLASS DESCRIPTION
This intense 3-day course with a maximum of twelve students is designed specifically for those wishing to become certified home inspectors in the state of Florida, providing both the state mandated on-line training requirement and a live three day class.
It is designed to teach all skill sets involved in the performance of a professional home inspection. This course teaches all necessary technical skills, including thorough coverage of a home’s major components, how to inspect them, identify important defects, and how to communicate these findings to the client in a written report.
In addition, students receive FREE software usage for sixty days and a six month FREE membership in InterNachi (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), providing certification of the student as a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) in the state of Florida, and a live field inspection which assists the student in applying the technical knowledge learned in the classroom to an actual home inspection.
The course also includes a comprehensive field inspection which assists the student in applying the technical knowledge learned in the classroom to actual home inspections with the instructor leading the student on how to logistically perform the inspection as well as identify specific defects and effectively communicate them in writing.
Additionally, the course provides a ten step marketing program which will teach the student how to develop and execute an action plan to jump-start a business.
This program provides an excellent and affordable introduction to the home inspection industry. After completing several mock inspections following the class, students should be prepared to begin performing fee-based inspections.
